It is well balanced that includes all food groups plus allowing some cheat foods that get you through those tough times. I lost 85 lbs. over a period of 9 months and have kept it off. It is the best on the market and would recommend to anyone to try her program faithfully for 2 weeks and see the results. After all what do you have to lose?

  2. This book teaches how to be a successful dieter without the addition of a comprehensive exercise program. I have tried other dietw with no success. This one works. I’ll never need another diet again
